Our Hands-On Review

MedLife Mastery gives away 69 MCAT cheat sheets, one page each, across the six tested science subjects. They cost no money and one account: every download button on the page opens a signup form before it opens a file.

That trade is the whole decision. If you are happy to hand over a name, an email and a password once, this is one of the better free summary sets on the MCAT internet, and psychology and sociology alone gets 20 sheets. If you are not, two of the 69 are still reachable and the rest are closed to you.

MedLife Mastery MCAT Cheat Sheets Overview

The cheat sheets library is a single long page of tiles. Each tile is a topic, a thumbnail of the sheet, and a DOWNLOAD button. The sheets themselves are condensed one page summaries: diagrams, pathways, tables and the formulas for a topic, laid out to be read at a glance rather than worked through.

Counted from the page this month, the library holds 69 tiles split across six sections:

  • Psychology and sociology, 20 sheets
  • Biology, 13 sheets
  • General chemistry, 11 sheets
  • Biochemistry, 9 sheets
  • Physics, 9 sheets
  • Organic chemistry, 7 sheets

Horizontal bar chart of MedLife Mastery MCAT cheat sheets by subject: psychology and sociology 20, biology 13, general chemistry 11, biochemistry 9, physics 9, organic chemistry 7, and zero for critical analysis and reasoning Sheets per subject in the MedLife Mastery library, counted September 2026.

Two counting notes, because the tile count and the topic count are not the same number. Biology lists Nervous System twice, backed by two different files uploaded seven months apart, so 69 tiles are 68 distinct titles. And two tiles sit in the wrong section: Electromagnetism is filed under general chemistry and Buffers under physics. Neither affects what is on the sheet, but if you are hunting for buffers you will not find it where you expect.

The heavy weighting toward psychology and sociology is the most useful thing about the set. Twenty sheets is 29 percent of the library for a subject most free resources treat as an afterthought, and the titles are the ones that actually get tested: attribution theory, dramaturgical theory, social determinants of health, functionalism against conflict theory against symbolic interactionism, stereotype against discrimination against prejudice. That list reads like someone who sat the exam wrote it.

MedLife says on the page that the sheets are condensed from its own free MCAT study notes database, which is browsable without a download. If you want the same content without the form, start there and treat the sheets as the printable version.

MedLife Mastery MCAT Cheat Sheets Review For 2026

What the account actually costs you

Every one of the 69 DOWNLOAD buttons on the page does the same thing. None is a link to a file. All 69 open the same two step opt in form, which asks for a name, an email address, a password and a password confirmation. The header buttons say so plainly: "Sign Up Once - Unlock ALL Cheatsheets", with a padlock icon on both.

That is a fair price and it is not zero. You are joining a mailing list that the page tells you will keep sending you things: "As we create new MCAT cheat sheets, we will email you download links." One signup, then the library is open and stays open.

Two sheets escape the gate, and it looks accidental. On the Gluconeogenesis, Beta-Oxidation and Pentose Phosphate Pathway tile and the Regulation of Metabolism tile, the thumbnail image itself is linked to the full size file rather than to the form. Click the picture instead of the button and you get the gluconeogenesis sheet and the metabolism regulation sheet straight away. Both are PNG images of about 700 to 800 KB, both open with no account, and they are a fair sample of the production quality before you decide whether to sign up for the other 67.

Worth knowing about format. The page title advertises PDF downloads, and the two files anyone can reach are PNG images. Images print fine and open on a phone, but you cannot select text in them and a browser will size them to your screen rather than to a page. Save and print at full page.

Two thirds of the library arrived in one month

The page heading says "More Coming Soon" and the copy promises sheets "for all MCAT topics". The upload dates on the files say how fast that is going.

Bar chart of MedLife Mastery cheat sheet uploads by month: 43 in December 2024, 10 in January 2025, 3 in April 2025, 9 in June 2025, 2 in February 2026 and 2 in July 2026 When each of the 69 sheets was uploaded, read from the file paths in September 2026.

Forty three of the 69 sheets, 62 percent of the library, were uploaded in December 2024. Ten more followed in January 2025, three in April and nine in June. By the end of June 2025 the library stood at 65 of its current 69. Since then MedLife has added two sheets in February 2026 and two in July 2026.

Read that how you like. The charitable reading is that the set is close to finished and the pace slowed because the high yield topics are covered. The uncharitable one is that "More Coming Soon" describes four sheets in fifteen months. Either way, do not sign up expecting the library to look different next term, and do not wait for a CARS sheet.

Speaking of which. There is no CARS section on the page and no tile addresses it. The AAMC puts 53 questions and 90 minutes into Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills, all of them passage based, which is a quarter of the exam and a quarter of your score. Nothing you can condense onto a page would help much there, so this is less a failing than a boundary, but it is a boundary worth knowing before you treat the library as complete coverage.

Who writes them, and does the credential claim hold

The page credits "your MedLife Mentors (90+ percentile MCAT scorers and current med students)" and the footer describes "a team of 70+ future doctors who scored 515 (up to 527) on the MCAT". That is the sort of claim worth checking rather than repeating.

It holds. On the AAMC percentile ranks in force from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027, a 515 is the 91st percentile and a 527 is the 100th. So the floor of the range MedLife quotes really does sit above the 90th percentile, and the ceiling is effectively the top of the scale.

You can see it in the sheets. The psychology and sociology titles are framed as the comparisons the exam actually asks for rather than as textbook chapter names, and the biochemistry set covers the metabolic pathways at the level the test wants rather than the level a course wants. What you do not get is depth: these are recall aids for content you have already studied once, and a sheet that fits gluconeogenesis, beta oxidation and the pentose phosphate pathway onto one page is by definition leaving things out.

Who MedLife Mastery MCAT Cheat Sheets Are Best For

This suits the student in the back half of content review who has read the material once and now needs it compressed. Printed and stuck somewhere visible, a one page summary does a job a chapter cannot, and 69 of them cover most of what the science sections ask.

It is the strongest free option available if psychology and sociology is your weak section. Twenty sheets there is more than most paid summary note sets include, and the titles map onto the comparison questions that section leans on. Pair them with our free MCAT psych and soc practice questions so you are testing recall rather than rereading.

It also works as a second pass on biochemistry and biology, where the sheets carry pathways and organ system summaries that are painful to redraw yourself. Our MCAT amino acid chart and MCAT hormone chart cover two of the same topics in more depth if you want the reasoning behind the summary.

Skip it if you object to giving an email address for study material, if you have not finished content review yet, or if you want anything at all for CARS.

When You Might Look Elsewhere

If the account is the sticking point, Leah4Sci publishes its math and geometry sheets as direct image links with no form at all, and MileDown is the widely circulated condensed review set that most students meet first. Both are on our MCAT cheat sheets list with the rest of the free downloads.

If you want your summaries searchable rather than printed, MCAT Cheat Sheet is a browsable site of 278 topics rather than a download library, though it gates most of its chapters behind a Google sign in, so the trade is similar in a different shape.

If what you actually need is the science relationships in one place, our MCAT equation sheet collects them and compares the free downloads that carry them. The way we score every resource is set out in our review methodology.

Final Verdict

MedLife Mastery MCAT cheat sheets earn 3.9 out of 5. The production quality is high, the subject mix is smarter than most free sets, and 20 psychology and sociology sheets is a genuine reason to use this over anything else on the same search. The score is held back by three things you can check yourself: the account gate on 67 of the 69 sheets, the complete absence of CARS, and a "More Coming Soon" promise that has produced four sheets since June 2025.

Click the Gluconeogenesis and Regulation of Metabolism thumbnails first. They open with no account, and they tell you within a minute whether the other 67 are worth a signup.

MedLife Mastery MCAT Cheat Sheets FAQs

Are the MedLife Mastery MCAT cheat sheets really free?

Yes, and there is no paid tier. The cost is an account rather than money: all 69 download buttons on the library page open the same signup form asking for a name, an email address and a password. Two sheets can be opened without any of that, because their thumbnail images link straight to the file.

How many MCAT cheat sheets does MedLife Mastery have?

Sixty nine tiles as of September 2026, covering 68 distinct topics because Nervous System is listed twice in the biology section. They split into 20 psychology and sociology sheets, 13 biology, 11 general chemistry, 9 biochemistry, 9 physics and 7 organic chemistry.

Do the MedLife Mastery cheat sheets cover CARS?

No. The library has six sections and all six are science. Nothing in it addresses Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills, which the AAMC sets at 53 questions across 90 minutes, all passage based. For that section you need passage practice rather than a reference sheet.

Are the MedLife Mastery cheat sheets PDFs?

The page advertises PDF downloads, and the two sheets reachable without an account are PNG images of roughly 700 to 800 KB. Both print at one page and open on a phone, but the text is not selectable, so save them and print at full page size rather than reading them in a browser tab.

Is MedLife Mastery still adding new cheat sheets?

Slowly. The file upload dates show 43 sheets posted in December 2024, 22 more across 2025, then two in February 2026 and two in July 2026. The page still says more are coming, and the mailing list you join at signup is how they are announced, but four new sheets in fifteen months is the recent pace.

We may earn commissions from some links on this page, but this does not affect our reviews or your experience.

Our Verdict

A genuinely good free library of 69 one page science summaries, priced at one account signup rather than at zero clicks. The design is better than most paid summary notes and psychology and sociology is unusually well served at 20 sheets. Two things decide whether it fits: every download opens an email opt-in before it opens a file, and there is nothing in the library for CARS, which is 53 of your questions on test day.
