Expert Rating

The Leah4Sci MCAT math cheat sheet is worth printing if your MCAT practice review keeps reading "knew the science, lost the point on arithmetic". It is two free pages, it asks for no email address, and it carries every rounded value the exam expects you to work from when there is no calculator on the screen.

It is also narrower than the name suggests. The product page calls it a study guide, but what you download is a reference card: a times table, a fraction to decimal table, squares, exponent rules, trigonometry and logs on one page, and geometry formulas on the other. There is not a single physics, chemistry or biochemistry equation on either sheet, which is what the rest of this search result is selling.

Leah4Sci MCAT Math Study Guide Overview

The product page says "Click the images (2 below) for each guide to download/print the full version", and that is the whole delivery mechanism. Clicking either thumbnail opens the full size file. No form, no account, no confirmation email, no redirect to a landing page.

That matters more than it sounds. Several of the free MCAT reference sheets worth having sit behind a form first, as our comparison of the free formula sheets sets out. This one does not, which also means there is nothing to unsubscribe from afterwards.

What you get:

  • The MCAT Math Guide, one page, seven sections
  • The Geometry Shapes and Equations sheet, one page, perimeter, area and volume
  • Cross references from the math sheet to tutorial videos 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the free Math Without A Calculator series
  • A free MCAT style math quiz and a math mini-bootcamp signup, both linked from the same page

One format note. Both files are JPG images, not PDFs. They print fine and they open on a phone, but you cannot select text, and a browser will show them at whatever size your screen decides. Save them and print at full page rather than reading them in a tab.

Leah4Sci MCAT Math Cheat Sheet Review For 2026

What is actually printed on the two pages

The product page does not say what is on either sheet, so here is the inventory, read line by line this month.

Sheet one opens with a multiplication table that runs rows 1 to 12 against columns 1 to 12 plus 15, 25 and 50: 180 products, since the 15, 25 and 50 columns are added to the usual 12 by 12 grid. Then a conversion table of the unit fractions 1/1 through 1/12 with their decimals and percentages. Then 14 squares, 1 squared through 12 squared plus 15 squared and 25 squared. Then scientific notation, then the exponent rules, including roots written as fractional powers and the two rules for multiplying and dividing numbers in scientific notation.

The bottom half is the part worth the print. Trigonometry gets SOHCAHTOA, a labelled right triangle, a unit circle, and a table of cos and sin at 0, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 180 degrees. Logs get the pH notation, the antilog notation, and four anchor values. That set lines up closely with the trigonometry the AAMC says it can ask for, which is the basic and inverse functions, sin and cos at 0, 90 and 180 degrees, and the side relationships in 30, 45 and 60 degree right triangles.

Sheet two is geometry: square, rectangle, circle, triangle, parallelogram and trapezoid with perimeter and area, then cube, rectangular prism, cylinder and sphere with volume, then a key for the letters. Sixteen formulas across ten shapes, drawn rather than listed. No surface area formula appears for any of the four solids.

The rounding is the product

Four separate tables on the math sheet print two rows, one labelled "Calculator" and one labelled "MCAT". The decimal row of the fraction table does it, the cos row does it, the sin row does it, and the log list does it. That device is the actual teaching content, and it is the reason to use this sheet rather than a generic math reference: it tells you not just the value, but how much of the value you are allowed to throw away.

Table of every rounded value on the Leah4Sci MCAT math cheat sheet: cos 30 given as 0.9 against a calculator value of 0.866, cos 45 as 0.7 against 0.707, and the four minus log anchors .097, .301, .523 and .699 given as .1, .3, .5 and .7 Every rounded value on the math sheet against its exact value, both read September 2026.

The errors are small enough to use and large enough to know about. On the log side the worst case is minus log of 3 times a power of ten, printed as .5 against an exact .523, so a pH you calculate from the sheet can sit 0.023 units off. The other three logs are within 0.003. On the trigonometry side, cos 30 printed as 0.9 against 0.866 is a 3.9 percent error, and cos 45 printed as 0.7 against 0.707 is 1.0 percent low. Those are fine for picking between answer choices an order of magnitude apart. They are not fine if a question asks you to distinguish two answers that are five percent apart, and the sheet does not say so anywhere.

Worth knowing about the files themselves: the math sheet sits at a January 2015 upload path and the geometry sheet at a July 2021 one, so neither has been redrawn in years. Arithmetic does not expire, and nothing on either page has gone stale in the way exam dates or score policies do. It does mean you should take format and strategy information from the AAMC rather than from anything Leah4Sci published alongside these files.

What the sheets leave you to find elsewhere

The AAMC publishes seven groups of mathematical concepts its questions can require. Measured against that list, these two pages give you something for trigonometry, something for the arithmetic group, and something for the exponent, logarithm and scientific notation part of the algebra group.

Five things on the AAMC list have nothing on either sheet: reading linear, semilog and log-log scales and taking slopes off a graph, metric unit conversion and dimensional analysis, probability, solving simultaneous equations, and vector addition with the right-hand rule. Metric conversion is the surprising gap, because it is the single most common way to lose a quantitative question and it would have cost three lines.

Then there is the bigger absence. No formula from physics, general chemistry, biochemistry or organic chemistry appears anywhere on either page. If you came looking for a sheet to hold Henderson-Hasselbalch, the gas laws and Michaelis-Menten, this is not it, and our MCAT equation sheet covers that ground along with a comparison of the free downloads that do. Use the two together: one tells you the relationships, the other tells you how to compute them in your head.

Who Leah4Sci MCAT Math Cheat Sheet Is Best For

This is for the student who has the science and loses time to the arithmetic. If you are reaching for a calculator that will not be there, recomputing 1/7 every time it appears, or stalling on a pH question because you cannot place log 3, one printed page fixes most of it.

It suits anyone already working through the free Math Without A Calculator videos, since the sheet is built as that series' reference card and points at specific episodes. It also works well as a wall sheet during content review, because there is nothing to work through: it is a list to look at until you stop needing to.

It is a poor fit if you want practice. Nothing on either page is a question, and calculation inside a timed passage is a different skill from calculation on a clean sheet, which is what our free MCAT physics practice questions are for. It is also the wrong download if your weak spot is remembering which equation applies, rather than executing it.

When You Might Look Elsewhere

If you want science formulas rather than arithmetic, the other free sheets on our MCAT cheat sheets list are the ones to look at. MedLife Mastery publishes a library across subjects rather than a single page, and MilesDown is the condensed review sheet set that circulates most widely among students. For broad subject coverage in the same one page format, MCAT Cheat Sheet spans more of the exam than anything here does.

If the real problem is that you do not know which relationships to memorize, no reference card solves it. Start with the MCAT equation sheet and fit the review into a timetable using our MCAT study schedule guide. If you want the calculation drilled rather than listed, pair the sheet with passage based questions from a question bank. The way we score every resource is set out in our review methodology.

Final Verdict

The Leah4Sci MCAT math cheat sheet earns 4.1 out of 5. It does one job properly, it costs nothing, it asks for nothing, and the Calculator against MCAT rounding tables are a genuinely useful idea that most free sheets do not attempt. The score is held down by scope: five of the AAMC's stated mathematical requirements have nothing on either page, metric conversion among them, and neither sheet carries a single science equation.

Print both pages, keep them next to your practice, and stop looking. This is a reference card, not a study guide, and judged as a reference card it is one of the better free downloads on the MCAT internet.

Leah4Sci MCAT Math Cheat Sheet FAQs

Is the Leah4Sci MCAT math cheat sheet free?

Yes, and it takes no email address. The product page links both files directly, so clicking either thumbnail opens the full size image with no form, no account and no confirmation step. There is no paid version of the sheet, though Leah4Sci does sell private MCAT tutoring and a membership called MCAT Study Hall.

Is the Leah4Sci cheat sheet a PDF?

No. Both downloads are JPG images, one page each. They print and they open on a phone, but the text is not selectable and a browser will size them to your screen rather than to a page. Save each file and print it at full page size if you want something readable on a desk.

What is on the Leah4Sci MCAT math cheat sheet?

Sheet one has seven sections: a multiplication table running 1 to 12 against 15 columns, a fraction to decimal to percent table for 1/1 through 1/12, 14 squares, scientific notation, exponent rules, trigonometry with cos and sin at six angles, and four log anchor values. Sheet two has 16 geometry formulas across six plane shapes and four solids.

Does the Leah4Sci cheat sheet have MCAT equations on it?

No. Neither page carries a physics, general chemistry, biochemistry or organic chemistry equation. It is a pure arithmetic and geometry reference, so you still need a formula sheet alongside it.

How accurate are the rounded values on the sheet?

Close enough to use and worth knowing precisely. The largest gap in the log list is minus log of 3 times a power of ten, shown as .5 against an exact .523, which moves a calculated pH by 0.023 units. On the trigonometry table, cos 30 shown as 0.9 against 0.866 is a 3.9 percent error and cos 45 shown as 0.7 against 0.707 is 1.0 percent low.

We may earn commissions from some links on this page, but this does not affect our reviews or your experience.

Our Verdict

Two free printable pages that do one job properly: they list the arithmetic you are expected to have memorized for an exam with no calculator, and they print the deliberately rounded value beside the exact one so you know what you are allowed to forget. There are no physics, chemistry or biochemistry equations on either page, so this is a companion to a formula sheet rather than a replacement for one.
