Last updated 2025-09-08. That single date puts this deck in a much better position than most free NCLEX decks, including the Nursing High-Yield ATI deck next door, which has not been touched since May 2019.

September 2025 is after the Next Generation NCLEX launched on April 1, 2023, so nothing here was written for a retired exam format. It is still before the current blueprint. NCSBN updates the test plan every three years, and the 2026 RN Test Plan took effect on April 1, 2026 and runs to March 31, 2029. This deck was finished about seven months before that plan started.

For flashcard content that gap is small. Potassium ranges and drug classes do not move when a test plan does. Treat the date as reassurance that the cards are not antique, not as evidence they were written against the blueprint you will be scored on. Either way the conclusion holds. Thirty-seven cards is an evening of review, not coverage of a content area. "Comprehensively addresses" is the wrong verb for a deck this size, and word for word it is the least defensible sentence on the listing.

What it actually delivers is the memorization half, cleanly. That half is real work and worth doing.
