Expert Rating
Inspira Advantage sells medical school admissions consulting as a single program called Full Application Support, and it publishes eight prices for it: $10,000 to $18,500 for one application cycle. The price moves on two axes, how many schools your secondary essays cover (20, 25, 30 or 35) and whether your counselor is a Master or a Director.
That $10,000 floor is the highest entry price of the three admissions consulting services we list on the MCAT consulting page. What it buys is depth rather than a longer feature list: unlimited sessions, unlimited brainstorming, unlimited activities review and unlimited personal statement drafts are on the cheapest plan, not held back for the top one.
The part to read twice is the guarantee. Inspira markets a Promise of Acceptance across the service, but the feature grid marks it present on the 35 Schools plan only, which is $5,500 more than the entry plan.

What Inspira Advantage admissions consulting includes
Inspira is not new to pre-meds. The company says it has been advising for more than 20 years and supported more than 15,000 applicants, and we already review its MCAT tutoring program, which is a separate product sold at separate prices. Consulting is bought by the cycle, not by the hour.
Every plan, the $10,000 one included, carries:
- A physician counselor who is described as a former medical school admissions officer, matched to you rather than chosen from a list
- A dedicated student success manager alongside the counselor
- A customized school list, profile evaluation and a review of any past application
- Unlimited sessions, brainstorming and personal statement drafts, plus unlimited review of the AMCAS activities section
- Secondary essay review for the number of schools in the plan name, returned within 48 hours
- Letter of recommendation guidance and letter of intent support
- Casper prep and AAMC PREview prep, which several competitors reserve for a top tier
- Waitlist assistance and support across AMCAS, TMDSAS and AACOMAS
- AdvantageOS, the platform that holds your transcripts, scores, activities, letters, essays and counselor chat, and tracks which milestones are done
What changes as you move up is narrower than the price gaps suggest: more schools of secondary coverage, more mock interviews, more update letters, and three items that only appear higher up.
Inspira Advantage admissions consulting in 2026
The plan you buy is a school count
Most consulting firms sell scope: a cheap tier that covers the primary application, a middle tier that adds secondaries, a top tier that adds interviews. Inspira sells volume. All four plans do the same work on your application. They differ in how many schools' secondary essays are included, and the plans are literally named 20 Schools, 25 Schools, 30 Schools and 35 Schools.
That is a better fit for how a cycle actually runs than it first looks. Secondary prompts arrive in a rush from every school that sends one, and the number of schools you apply to is the number you know earliest. Picking a plan is therefore a decision you can make in June rather than a guess about which service you will need in October.
It also means the cheap plan is not a stripped plan. On 20 Schools you still get unlimited sessions, unlimited personal statement drafts, Casper prep, PREview prep and four mock interviews. Compare that with BeMo's Gold tier at $3,997, which caps school list help at five schools, includes three interview sessions and no Casper prep, or with MedSchoolCoach's Silver package at $5,500, which includes no secondary editing and no mock interviews at all.
The guarantee is one plan, not a policy
Inspira's Promise of Acceptance is the most visible thing on its marketing, and it is the narrowest thing in the package grid. The feature table marks it absent on 20 Schools, absent on 25 Schools, absent on 30 Schools, and present on 35 Schools. At Master level that is the difference between $10,000 and $15,500.
The guarantee page then adds conditions that are worth reading before the sales call rather than after it. To be eligible you must enroll in the 35 School All Inclusive program paid in full, be officially invited to at least one interview, apply to a 35 school list that your counselor pre-approved, submit secondaries to all 35 by August 31 of that cycle, have every essay greenlit by your counselor before you send it, substantially follow your counselor's advice throughout, and file the claim within 5 days of your last admissions decision. Grade floors apply on top: a 3.4 GPA and a 502 MCAT for MD-only applicants, or a 3.2 GPA and a 500 MCAT if you are open to DO schools.
The interview condition is the one that does the most work. An applicant who buys the top plan and receives no interview invitations is outside the promise, and no interview invitation is the most common way a cycle fails.
What the promise pays out is also not a refund. If you qualify, Inspira reworks your primary application the following year at no cost: a personal statement rewrite, an activities section redo and general advising. Secondary guidance and interview preparation are not part of the free year, although they can be added. That structure is close to MedSchoolCoach's Platinum Package Promise, which also publishes GPA and MCAT floors and also excludes secondaries and interviews from the second year.
The success numbers are theirs
The consulting page leads with "98% Acceptance Rate" and says the figure is independently audited by an accounting firm. The sentence directly underneath defines it differently: 98 percent of students got into at least one of their top three programs. Those are two different claims, and the second one is the one with a definition attached.
The rest of the page is scale rather than outcome: more than 15,000 applicants supported, more than 400 consultants, an average scholarship of $35,000, and a 5 of 5 Trust Score badge from 1,535 reviews. None of that tells you what happens to an applicant with your profile, which is why we weight published policy over published percentages.
One smaller inconsistency to raise on the call. The FAQ says waitlist, deferral and scholarship support is for students in the All-Inclusive 30 Schools package, while the pricing grid shows waitlist assistance on all four plans and scholarship guidance on 25 Schools and up. Ask which one is current before you pick a plan on that basis.
Pricing
Eight prices, all published, no quote required. Each cell on the pricing page has its own checkout link, so these are the amounts charged rather than starting points.
| Plan | Master counselor | Director counselor |
|---|---|---|
| 20 Schools | $10,000 | $12,500 |
| 25 Schools | $12,500 | $15,500 |
| 30 Schools | $14,500 | $17,500 |
| 35 Schools | $15,500 | $18,500 |

Two things fall out of the grid. The Director premium is flat: $2,500 on the first three plans and $3,000 on the top one, regardless of how big the plan is. And the climb from 20 Schools to 35 Schools costs $5,500 at Master level, which buys 15 more schools of secondary coverage, unlimited mock interviews instead of four, unlimited update letters instead of three, scholarship guidance, an independent admissions committee panel review and the guarantee.
Inspira also sells adjacent programs from the same page, and they are separate purchases: Full Application Support bundled with MCAT tutoring runs $15,500 to $27,000, pre-med advising bundled with application support runs $13,000 to $30,000, the Premier MD Comprehensive Program is $40,500 or $44,500, and research and publication support is $2,600 to $11,000. Payment plans are offered on every plan, but no instalment amounts are published, so that is a conversation with an enrollment director. Custom and hourly engagements exist too, and their prices are not published either.
Who Inspira Advantage admissions consulting is best for
Applicants applying broadly. The whole pricing model is built around school count. If your list is 25 or 30 schools, a plan that covers every secondary at a stated 48 hour turnaround is a cleaner fit than paying per essay somewhere else.
People who want the cheap plan to still be a real plan. Unlimited sessions and unlimited personal statement drafts at the entry price is unusual. Most competitors put "unlimited" behind their second or third tier.
Casper and PREview candidates. Both are included on all four plans. BeMo bundles Casper into its $11,097 Titanium tier only, so if you need that prep anyway, the comparison tightens considerably. Work out how much Casper help you need first: our free Casper practice test puts all 11 scenarios on the real clock, and for most applicants the binding constraint turns out to be pacing rather than ethical reasoning.
DO and Texas applicants. AACOMAS and TMDSAS support sit on every plan rather than being sold as an upgrade.
When you might look elsewhere
If your budget starts below $10,000. This is the most expensive front door in the category we cover. BeMo's admissions consulting starts at $3,997 and advertises custom plans built from a free strategy call, which is the shorter path if you only want interview prep or one essay reviewed.
If you want to choose the person, not the tier. Inspira publishes two counselor levels and matches you. MedSchoolCoach publishes three advisor levels and nine prices, and names what each level means, which some applicants prefer when they are paying a seniority premium.
If the guarantee is why you are buying. Price the 35 Schools plan as a $15,500 service on its own merits, then treat the promise as a bonus. An applicant who cannot clear the GPA and MCAT floors, or who does not land an interview, is outside it.
If the MCAT is the actual problem. Consulting does not move a score. If you are weighing whether your number is the thing holding the cycle back, start with what the MCAT score range means, then compare the MCAT tutoring options before buying application help. Inspira's own product line, tutoring included, sits on its provider page.
Final verdict
Inspira does the hard thing in this category: it publishes a full feature grid and eight prices for a service most firms sell behind a discovery call, and it puts its unlimited support on the cheapest plan instead of the dearest. For an applicant with a long school list and the budget for it, the 25 and 30 Schools plans are the sweet spot, and the Casper and PREview inclusion quietly closes a gap that costs real money elsewhere.
The rating comes down for the guarantee and the claims. A Promise of Acceptance that needs the top plan paid in full, an interview invitation, 35 secondaries filed by August 31 and a claim inside 5 days is a narrow promise sold broadly, and a headline that says 98 percent acceptance while the line beneath it says acceptance to one of a student's top three programs is asking to be read twice.
If you are still comparing providers, the full MCAT hub has the rest of the prep stack, and the three consulting services sit side by side on the MCAT admissions consulting listing.
Inspira Advantage admissions consulting FAQs
How much does Inspira Advantage admissions consulting cost?
Between $10,000 and $18,500 for one application cycle. The number depends on the plan, named for the number of schools whose secondary essays are covered (20, 25, 30 or 35), and the counselor level (Master or Director). Master prices run $10,000, $12,500, $14,500 and $15,500. Director prices are $2,500 higher on the first three plans and $3,000 higher on the top one.
Does every Inspira plan include the acceptance guarantee?
No. The published feature grid marks the Promise of Acceptance as included on the 35 Schools plan only, which is $15,500 with a Master counselor. The other three plans do not carry it. The guarantee page adds further conditions, including that the plan is paid in full, that you are invited to at least one interview, that you submit secondaries to all 35 pre-approved schools by August 31, and that you claim within 5 days of your final admissions decision.
What are the GPA and MCAT requirements for the Promise of Acceptance?
A 3.4 GPA and a 502 MCAT if you apply only to MD schools, or a 3.2 GPA and a 500 MCAT if you apply to MD and DO schools. If you qualify and are not accepted, Inspira reworks your primary application the next year at no cost, covering a personal statement rewrite, an activities section redo and general advising. Secondary essays and interview preparation are not included in that second year unless you add them.
Is Inspira Advantage consulting the same thing as its MCAT tutoring?
No. They are separate products with separate prices. Admissions consulting is the Full Application Support program at $10,000 to $18,500, and MCAT tutoring is sold on its own page from $3,000. Inspira also sells the two together as a bundle, which runs $15,500 to $27,000 depending on the plan and counselor level.
How many mock interviews do you get?
Four on the 20 Schools plan and five on the 25 Schools plan. The 30 Schools and 35 Schools plans make mock interviews unlimited. Update letters follow a similar pattern: three on the entry plan, unlimited on every plan above it.

Our Verdict
Inspira sells admissions consulting as one program, Full Application Support, at eight published prices from $10,000 to $18,500 for an application cycle. What separates the plans is how many schools your secondary essays cover, 20 to 35, and whether your counselor is a Master or a Director. The depth on the cheapest plan is real: unlimited sessions, unlimited brainstorming, unlimited personal statement drafts, Casper and PREview prep. The honest weakness is the guarantee, which is sold with the 35 Schools plan only and then narrowed further by an interview requirement and an August 31 secondary deadline.
